I am a member of Romance Writers of America, and once a year they hold their national conference. This year it is in Washington, D.C. A mere 10 1/2 hour drive for me from Ontario, Canada! So I'm knee deep in packing, trying to decide how many outfits are too many (Can I really have too many?) and starting to get nervous.
Why nervous? As you may have read on this blog, I have completed my story Melody's Song. While at Nationals I am hoping to have a few opportunities to discuss my book in detail with an agent or two!
Wish me luck! Once I return, I will be reporting on my experience and hopefully posting lots of fun pictures. Hope you check back to see them!
